VegSpark does not control creator content and is not responsible for creator actions on third-party platforms.

VegSpark does not guarantee creator income, audience growth, or success on TikTok LIVE.

Creator performance depends on multiple factors including:

• Content quality
• Audience engagement
• Platform algorithms
• Platform policies

VegSpark is an independent creator network that supports TikTok LIVE creators and operates independently from TikTok.

VegSpark is not owned, operated, or officially endorsed by TikTok.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
